As amytasukada said, look at the garment measurements of the individual pieces to judge whether or not they'll fit. A lot of taobao companies also offer the option of making a custom-sized piece according to your measurements.
I'll also write down a few tips that I hope can help:
1. Shirring is your friend. Dresses with shirred backs are very forgiving and comfortable.
2. Be sure to consider the back and shoulders of OPs and JSKs. For example, [this kind of dress]

I'm also pretty new to the fashion--bought my first dress in September.
the best brand stuff for busty ladies I've found are BTSSB dresses with full shirring, or at least back shirring.
I'm looking to buy my next wardrobe additions from Lady Sloth. It's a beautiful indie brand based in Poland and they do custom sizing *___*
they have awesome chiffon blouses too!
my other fav indie brands are Haenuli and Dear Celine; the former just started making sizes to accomodate bigger busts! you should be just fine with dresses that accomodate 98 or 100 cm busts, as long as they have a bit of give by way of lacing and shirring. better safe than sorry--always. (I've had to sell some beautiful dresses because of awkward fitting or just not fitting at all)
I'd say only try an OP if the max bust is at least 5 cm above your bust size. stay away from babydoll shapes as they tend to have short bodices, which will probably not fit over your bust. my first brand dress was the Antique Playing Cards OP from Innocent World. it fit ( ... )
