UK Lolita Communities

So I was wondering if there may be any little active communties near me - especially in the England, East Midlands area?
I've tried looking around but I thought it would be worth a try asking here.

I was a member of two on facebook recently, but for some sudden, unexplained reason, I appear to have been blocked from them out of the blue - I feel

I can't help you on locating communities (I'm in Scotland so I don't know much about the English comms.), but you may have been blocked for a number of reasons, don't let this unfortunate occurrence put you off local lolitas! Some Facebook groups are very wary of creepers or people who just want to lurk the comm and won't allow people in if they can't confirm whether they're actually lolitas or not. Best of luck!

Oh, I am not put off - just more determined. :)

I didn't simply lurk though - I just did nothing that could be taken in a bad way. For example, I was all up for the meet up event and was volunteering bring edible goodies for everyone to go with the bubble tea, etc. I wasn't a zombie lurker or anything, and I occaisionally post photos of coords for one reason or another - so anyone could tell I am definately a lolita.

I am getting somewhere with the issue though, I have finally heard back from a kind girl who has done her best to explain to me what she knew, so I am just following her advice and talking to someone in question. :)

I've already found out who issued the ban, and I've sent her a message to explain my side of things and to figure out what exactly has happened to cause this. I've yet to hear back though, but hopefully she will listen. As long as I can be allowed back in the group and talk to everyone again, I'm not even interested in who started this stupid mess.

I am the admin of one of the groups you were removed from, and as you well know, you were removed for persistent rule breaking in multiple groups and for becoming aggressive and argumentative when it was brought to your attention. Midlolis are generally known for being one of the friendliest and most relaxed comms in the country and we do not remove people lightly. The final straw was the abusive message you sent to another lolita after her genuine attempts to help you and I personally do not feel comfortable keeping you in the group after the way you have spoken to me and to others. Furthermore, you've sent me no messages to explain yourself at all, rather you just made a new facebook profile and attempted to re-join under another name without contacting me

I haven't even had problems in multiple groups - they only one I had was asking for opinions from everyone in a mentoring group. I had posted the exact same thing in another group with no problems, but considering I was being advised against my post, I took it down

You tried to add me as a friend but you didn't message me. You did not need to make alternate profiles at all. I also don't like to break this to you in this way; but Katie is not the only girl who reported you at various points. I did not know Katie was involved or had commented on your conduct at all, so your mentioning her is irrelevant
