I've never ordered from this shop, but I think their shady behavior warranted a negative review. If they had helped you and responded to you, then it would be different. But hiding your comment and ignoring you is not good.

Wow, that's ridiculous. I've ordered from them a few times but it seems that I just got lucky, so I probably won't be doing it again

I wouldn't be surprised if it really got lost in the post- as a Malaysian I can tell you that our post system sucks and things get lost VERY often =-= still, they really shouldn't have ignored all your emails and hidden your message. That's awful.

i wouldn't hesitate to leave negative feedback. after all, the followup of a sale is just as important. i'd give a neutral if they hadn't ignored/block your messages. otherwise, it's just shady business practice.

i'm sorry that happened to you. tho i've heard just as bad things about pinkyparadise, i'm also wary of buying from honeycolor! everytime i hear a bad review about them, it's usually the buyer never receiving their lens and empty promises of a refund.
