Taobao service/reivew request

Hey everyone, while looking for a shopping service i came across Zarmark,
They seem good enough, and the service fee can go to 4% with bulk orders.
I even talked to the staff, they seem very nice.

Has anyone tried them before? What was your experience like?
Does anyone recommend them?

I've never used them personally, but a quick search gave me horror stories and nothing else. Maybe someone who has already used them could give you more information, but I myself will stay away!
