The first thing on the title of that dress is "defect" so that's why it was cheap

I pulled up the old site in the wayback machine.
Black JSK sold out on reservations, but it looks like the other colors were available August-October at least.

The JSK was ￥27,090
The OP was ￥29,190

The exchange rate was about 93 cents to 100 yen.

That said, new with tags, perfect condition, the MAX value for this would be ~$300 USD (it's not popular, it wasn't hard to get), but I don't think it's worth that much, TBH.

I would pay maybe... $90-$150 USD for it, personally. It's on par with their appliques and prints no one really loved as far as value goes. I'd look on mbok and second hand shops over the western sales comms though. Stylistically that isn't what was popular here at the time, so it's very likely that it's more common in Japan than in the west.

I have the jsk in Pink and i paid 240€!
It was my dreamdress and i Never found it here in the Last 3 years!
But in the Last Year, two Lolitas Sold it in the Same Price category.
The Price for the OP is so much lower, i don't know why ^^
