Angelic Pretty Petit Patisserie, Question!

I have a question for those who own Angelic Pretty Petit Patisserie Tiered JSK version. Thank you in advance for your help!
Recently, I sold this JSK in Mint to a girl on EGL but when she got it, she messaged me with: I received the dress but I'm very upset. You mentioned the scratches in the print but did NOT mention the dress coming apart from the lining at the zipper. And here are her photos:

I have the same dress I'm selling in Pink, so I tried to take some photos of the same spot she was talking about.
My question is that for those who have this style of the dress, is the dress not attached to the zipper? Because I think that since chiffon is a bit delicate, AP sews it a bit differently than their usual cotton dresses. So if you can help me, I appreciate it! Thank you!
