My first thought was that it reminds me of Baby's Paris Window a little bit? It definetely looks like it could be a Lolita to me!

I would've said it looked like the BtSSB Flower Cart Embroidery jsk in pink, but the bottom hem doesn't look the same >n<;;

Unfortunately not. It was just in the promo and they only appeared for a fraction of a second. I added the link to the promo so you can watch it in 720p but it's still pretty pixily.
