Can't really help you since I've never been in Japan, however, I would advice that you arrive very early if you want your LP (watch this, and you'll understand : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bua6-riw9pY).

When I have gone to LP sales, it's always been fine to buy more than one in the shops. Limitations may apply to certain types of lucky packs or stores, but it seemed like generally you could get at least 2 packs with no problem. I think they probably have some limit per customer though (also, you risk getting more of the same item the more packs you buy from the same store).

It's a good idea to be there before it starts, particularly if you want Victorian Maiden packs. They sold out REALLY fast at Marui this summer, so for those you probably need to be one of the first in line. The queue for lucky packs can get really long. Maybe at 8 or 8:30 would be good in order to avoid queing for ages - I'm not completely sure when people start lining up though.

I don't know if they always have Victorian Maiden LPs in the KERA stores, but I have seen them. Or, seen the "SOLD OUT" sign at least, hinting that they were once there...

The lucky packs are usually sold for only a couple of days if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks for your reply.

I am looking at the Toy March special set from AP.... I need 1 no., and several friends asked me to buy for them too.... I am just wondering whether I can buy more than 1? I read that the online reservation only limited to 1 person 1 LP, but I don't know about the real situation.....

For AP, the shopping service I contacted said their rules were that she could only put one in her cart and then check out, or they would cancel it.

::edit::
They have a Q&A on the Online Shop Blog about it here: http://ameblo.jp/ap-onlineshop/
