I would write out another extremely detailed email stating exactly which days you did what and sent what payments/emails copy pasting any relevant screencaptures or emails into the body. It sounds like they didn't match up your email with the paypal email. In the future its best to add that info in the "memo" section as well as email back their "please sent x amount" saying that you paid. If they don't respond after you have tried once again to explain I would absolutely dispute to get your money back :/ If you are black listed already its not like they can threaten anything else. If you want to order from them again you can create a new email address to link with paypal or ask a friend to use her/his email.
Just... yikes! I hope that doesn't happen in my recent purchase! Sorry that happened to you!
Can you/have you responded to them via the email your paypal is linked to? ): I'm so sorry this happened to you, it sounds like a really bad misunderstanding, although I wish baby would do more to discover the truth of the situation.
This is why I'm scared to order through the Baby website and why I place all orders through the SF email inquiry, without them I don't think I'd ever have a piece of Baby clothing. I wish they'd do what AP did and make a english international site with simple checkout. My email is gmail like they advice but my paypal is hotmail so they'd probably do this same thing to me maybe if I made an order.
Maybe make one last attempt to email them and solve this mess out but if that's how they really want to respond back to a potential customer then are they really worth your money? I'd file a dispute/claim but if you feel the items are truly worth it then one last email doesn't hurt, they've already done the worst they can do "black list".
I'm sorry to hear that this happened. I just want to say that I've only ever had good experiences with buying from Baby. I think the key is to be very detailed with your order.
