I'm confused as to what this contest is about. Is it just a theme cord contest? Does it matter the picture quality? And drawings?

Everything will be judged on quality, how much time you have put into your entry and originality/concept.

Query: Rules state I can only submit one image. Can I make a kind of collage of photos that are one image file and submit that? I'm just wondering, cause my outfit has a few details I wouldn't like the judges to miss out on.
