I tried to order from them once but never got the lenses. :( The paypal dispute was successful, but they never replied back to my own emails. I know this doesnt help, but I wanted to tell you my experience and hope they reply back to you.. T_T

If you used a credit card to pay, you may be able to do a chargeback.

I used a prepaid card through paypal, I don't know if I can do a chargeback with that... I will look into it though, thank!
