No, you dont need a shopping service. BABY can ship overseas. BUT you need to use the shopping cart for reserves. it's a little bit complicated the firts time. There is a tutorial on BABY website: http://www.babyssb.co.jp/overseas-cart.html

The first release was smaller; max. waist was 74 cm. Dont remember for the bust.
