Oh and avoid starry candy box until they improve their method of fulfilling orders or policies regarding. They are honest people, but at present, they have a reputation for taking months to ship your items.

The actually fault would be Angelic Pretty's, but understandably starrycandybox should waited until they have it in stock before they post on their site as available.

I haven't heard anything from them in a long while, but The White Peacock had a pretty poor reputation last I heard.

That is correct. They opened a shop literally a hop and a skip by where I lived. They had a big announcement and something like three girls showed up. I tried looking for the shop, but it's in an obscure location, like behind the curve off the alley way behind the shopping center that is behind the main shopping center that is facing the street. So, it might have closed it's doors. I could try looking for it. Last time, I heard anything, they may have turned into a run of the mill goth shop.

I own items from, or have seen work in person and would recommend:

http://www.scoundrelleskeep.com/collection.html

http://www.apatico.net/ (mainly hats and mini crowns, but she also does the cutest "blomeralls").

I have to second the suggestion of I Do Declare (http://www.etsy.com/shop/ixdoxdeclare) and Morrigan NYC (http://www.morrigannyc.com)! Also, Lolita Nouveau has some cute things (http://lolitanouveau.blogspot.com/).
