Whatever it is you want to order from them you can probably get it for a lot cheaper if you use a different shopping service and order it directly from taboo. When I say 'a lot cheaper' I mean in some cases as much as half of what Qutieland charges. Other SSs are also a lot more helpful. If there is an issue with your order once you get it Qutieland pretty much writes you off and says "Too bad. GTFO."

This is the shopping Service I use:

This is a list of a ton of taobao shops. All the ones Qutieland carries and a bunch more:

I concurr with jerrysugarav 100 percent. I use all of the taobao shopping services and even the most expensive one is less expensive than Qutieland.

I learned that right after I ordered. I guess next time I'll be a little less excited and a little more cautious.

Same with me! I ordered on Oct. 16 too. If I don't get a reply within the next week I'm cancelling it!

Don't do anything. What's the worst they can do? Never let you order from them again? Oh no! You'll have to go trough a different shopping service other than them and save money forever, lol.

I have been talking with them throughout the work trip. Last time it was on the 22nd. They have been very nice by informing me of fabric changes in one of the dresses and a mistake I did in measuring, and making sure I was okay with the standard length in the custom dress.

That's interesting...they're communicating to you through e-mail? I did write to them, but I only got one of those automated messages back. I just want some information!!!

Yeah. 19 emails back and forth with them right now, the last 2 I got that automated after wards, but they replied a bit later. They did take a while to confirm it at first, but after that it was fine. When they had an issue with that one dress needed new fabric, they would reply like a day after.
