Since this is around the time when I would normally start planning for the annual tea party at Teavolve, I figured it would be a good time to go ahead and post this:

I've decided not to host this event this year. This would have been the fifth year in a row for the tea party, and as lovely as it has been, I'm afraid that it was getting a bit old and staid. I've been working on some ideas, but I haven't yet decided if I'll be organizing another event for this year or if I'll wait until next, but if someone would like to take over this particular event as host/hostess, please feel free to let me know and I'll be glad to pass along any info you might require, as well as give advice.

It's been a great run, but I think I'd like to see us do something new and exciting, rather than just let everything kind of get boring and die out. I look forward to seeing what sort of events we can organize instead!
