Hello, I really hope this is allowed.. I'm searching for a certain store or even the person that owns it. There was a lady in Europe that opened her own (or co-owned) Lolita shop. A U.S store would be awesome if it was like walk in and buy ofcourse and has any one ordered form mfashion? I want victoria maiden so bad but i hate buying stuff of the internet ive been ripped off one to many times dang ebay

Well if I was able to open on, it would most likely be somewhere in Texas.. (since this is pretty much my home state). I love it here~ though I hate how it's hot a lot.

And I would love to carry Victoria Maiden~ And H.Naoto!! H.Naoto would be my main goal (^^)/
