It's in perfect condition, though I bought it second while in Japan a few years back
It has the halter straps, the regular straps, the waist bow (not pictured) the ribbon and the wait ties all intact <3
Measurements: Bust - I would say from 86cm - 95cm (though my bust is 97cm, and it fits okay)
Waist - 74 - 84cm
I really need it gone!
