A couple of years ago when jamesbeary passed away I went to his funeral, and helped urso find the church, the graveyard, etc. I had known James from here on LJ, had met him in real life and spoken to him on occasion, but when it came down to it I felt (and even said in this journal) that I din't know him that well, and wish that I had done more

I have four men on my list that are gone ... but, I keep them on my friends list. It's my way of remembering them, paying tribute.
This is off-topic, but I'm glad to see a post from you. So much is happening here, some good, some bad. I miss hearing your perspective. I hope, in general, that life is good for you.
