I've been keeping track of the fics I read, and I've made a list of recommended Mir/San fics that were written/updated in the past few months (they're all eligible for first quarter 2008 at the iyfg, unless the author has requested otherwise). LOL - it didn't take long for you to find the one I just posted!

And I guess since Minoue didn't win this last time, it would be eligible again. I don't think I have to worry about it winning best of the year so I have an excuse to retire it from the category.

I posted this list and then had to update it immediately because I saw yours as soon as I went to my friends page... XD

I'm really hoping for Minoue to win Best of 2008 - it's my favorite of the eligible fics.

Thanks, I'm just not holding my breath.

And I'll have to come back and check out the recs. I've been desparate for something decent to read when I'm not writing, and my muse sort of got killed (though at least it revived barely enough for the short oneshot since I wanted to do something for the new community).

LOL, my muse came back long enough to write most of a fic for mirsan_fics... and then departed before giving me an ending or a title. -sigh-

I hope you can find something you like among these recs - they're all quite good, and I was really happy to have so many on my list this time around. One of these days I'll have to get around to posting an "all time favorites" rec list, too...

Glad to help, though sometimes I wonder if I've found all the existing fics... But occasionally I'll still stumble upon a recommended fic that I haven't read before. It always makes me happy to find a "hidden treasure" like that, so I like to share the wealth when I can. ^^

-sheepish look- I've been busy getting the two new Mir/San communities up and running, and I've been kind of neglecting that one lately. I'll have to come up with something to post over there before long to rectify the situation...

And by the way, that video you linked over there was hilarious. I enjoyed it very much.

I was glad that I was alone in my room so nobody could hear me being hysterical... not that any of my friends would get it anyway.
