I'm someone who gets motion sick pretty easily, so I know exactly how you feel about using a treadmill. In college I switched over to elliptical machines, and they seem to be MUCH easier for me to use without getting that sick feeling. You might want to try it. You get a very similar kind of workout.
ahh~ that would be probably a nice change.. thanks for the suggestion! It seems that each time I use the treadmill, my body gets used to the idea of walking in place, so the weird sensation gets less severe every time.

my mom actually told me to start any exercise routine, but i don't wanna try treadmill-ing now because of what you said, i get dizzy easily and all that. that's like a warning for me, thank you! :))
