I like the first one and the last the best. The first gets me thinking of Shelley's "Ozymandias".

That is reminiscent of that poem - I can see it too.

I don't think I've ever seen fog in winter. This looks almost a bit spooky.
I like the first three ones the best.

There is a time around here when winter ends and the snow is still on the ground that we get a certain kind of fog. The warm moist air (on drizzly days) touching the cold snow must be what causes it.

Thanks!

You wrote a poem in your description. Was that intentional? Love this.

I find this time of year very poetic! Between 2 seasons. It doesn't change over all at once. They fight each other, back and forth.

I think snow itself is very photogenic! But I do have all kinds of cameras, programs and apps to help it along. These were taken with the hipstamatic camera in the ipod.

I would love to see your photos - I always enjoyed it when you would post glimpses of your world for us.

Snow certainly looks very beautiful.

I have to get into taking photos again. I HOPE I have all the programs on my computer, now. Fingers crossed!

Looks like the fog lay across several hundred miles; i thought of going to the going to the cemetery yesterday too.

There were so many good views of the fog yesterday but I couldn't stop the car on the road. The cemetery seemed like finally a good place to slow down and enjoy it. Cemeteries are good for that!
