What does 5 alive mean?

5 alive is something I wrote about earlier in the week. It is something from ARTS Anonymous. If you commit to doing 5 minutes of art each day then you are more likely to keep your creative spirit alive and you will probably end up doing more than 5 minutes in the end.

Yeah, looking forward to actually getting something accomplished today. Painting is a concrete action that brings results!

Glad I didn't have a mouthful of coffee when I read this, LOL. My son is actually a pretty good painter, after a less than promising start, but somehow I ALWAYS end up doing the trim...

When my dad was alive he was the one who traditionally did the trim while I did roller. It's the burden of the elders I guess. :-)
