It looks good. I thought that it was as if the house had been set right down on the lawn with the green carpet. You should inlay some carpet "patio stones" to have some paths to wander in the room.

Ha. Nice idea but soon all this green lawn will be gone as I fill it up with "stuff". I have so much stuff anymore!

It looks great! What a ton of work! I think a bed in a studio is a superb idea!

Ever since I first had a workroom/studio of my own 19 years ago I have been pining for a napping area in the room. Finally!

I'd been hoping to put a small bed in the "Palace of Light," but alas, all the space is taken. Shocking how quickly space fills up.

I think I am lucky that I am dealing with an upstairs room this time. I can put a cot on the floor to save space, which I couldn't do if this was a basement.

Looks great so far. I see you got the window shelves up now. I love that idea.

I'm making use of shelves as much as possible - the one thing I REALLY want to do this time around is keep stuff off the floors.

Isn't it wonderful when it's all clear? But it will be awesome when all your studio stuff is in. It will be the most interesting room in the house!

It will certainly be the most interesting room (to me) but probably the most crowded too... :-)
