Is the goose able to fly at all?

I don't think so. Its one wing sticks out at an angle.

I don't know! There's a lot of little clams that like to live in that lake. Probably an otter or raccoon (?) brings them up to eat?
Yes, I couldn't catch it to take it to a vet but I wonder if there is an animal rehab that would be interested.
