Went to bed at 8 last night and then was awake at 4 this morning. I guess I got enough sleep. Though I'm still tired. Achy. Both shoulders hurt a lot (2 shots in each) so it's hard to lay on my side. If I lay on my back I snore too much. So stomach is the only way to sleep right now

Would it be possible to use soy milk instead of oat milk? Soy has the same protein content as regular milk, and may be a better binder, but Idk if you've got soy allergies also. And I wonder if adding an egg substitute might help (it's usually made of flax I believe.)
