It’s probably better for the babies that way but it does make me wonder if someone has set up a nest cam someplace. I always enjoy following baby growth when I can find one.

Love these longer-range shots. Rivers and roads look the same in that light :)

There are SO many raptors in Florida! Probably because of the abundance of small prey (those annoying little lizards, fish, etc) When commuting to and from Alafaya pre-pandemic, I’d see ospreys flying overhead every day, carrying fish. I called it “the breakfast commute” haha

I love the IR photography... the black road and white leaves.... my brain always tries to see it as a snowy scene but it can't figure out why the road is black and clear.

Looks like a lovely walk!
