As I started to read this, I thought -"geez, I wonder how the chickens are holding up in this weather?"
:-) good to read they're trucking right along.

I try within reason to make it as comfortable as I can for them. There is an overhead heater in their sleeping place that comes on if temps go below 20 degrees. Doesn't sound warm enough for me but I think they're good with it. Chickens are more hardy than you'd think, especially if they can get out of the wind. Thanks for caring about them!
