Wow, that looks yummy!

Jealous of your fall weather. There's so much yardwork that I need to do but it's so damn hot out. 92 degrees, then the heat index is always at or over 100. I hate Florida.

there are definitely times i would have liked to take the heat of canning outdoors.
looks like a huge amount of chopping was done!

It made 10 pints, which was a good amount to fit in the canner at one time. I'm glad we didn't have more!
