You are going to do so great! You will find the words to tell your piano teacher, and it will be stressful.... but it will be fine! I believe in you and your opening heart!
I feel like I did okay with ending things. Then I thought about why am I so emotional about this? But this is a relationship with a person who I saw regularly for 5 and 1/2 years. A constant in my life. Yes, it makes sense to be emotional!
Yes it does! A lot of trust and time and effort and challenges are a part of the teacher/student relationship.... it's a hard decision to shake that up. You've been relying on this teacher and their lessons for a long time... because you love playing the piano and you're on to a new style of learning and it's hard to draw those boundaries TOO!
Don't feel bad for feeling bad if you can help it,.... it just makes you feel worse;)
That's great! I had an unpleasant errand with my Dad yesterday - details in next Tuesday's post, lol - but we did get to walk through a local park afterwards... so I had great fun seeing all the dogs 🐕 there! ❤️
