Nancy mentioned yesterday that she misses when I don't write here. Just don't know what to write sometimes. I don't feel overflowing with words. It helps if I have pictures.
BTW--have you considered asking your piano teacher to teach you how to write music down?
After that many lessons you should be thinking of how to modify or change up the music you enjoy playing. Think of the experimentation as part of your continuing musical education and it will be totally under your control.
For instance: If a certain section of music is difficult for you to play, could you sub in an easier to play chord?
Yes, I'm already doing that. Transposing into different keys and simplifying chords when it suits me. I think she's got me started with a pretty good foundation. I thank her for that.
