Making progress on the macrame lampshade

My fat ass thought that was spaghetti. 😅🤦‍♀️ I was so excited about the unusual presentation too, ready to eat the whole thing.

I think it makes a lovely lampshade, now that I see what it actually is!

it looks really neat! i've never done macrame, unless you count making friendship bracelets as a teenager.
do you have a little stool? you could set the lamp on the lower stool and sit on a regular chair to work on it.

Friendship bracelets are definitely macrame, and quite involved macrame at that!

Luckily I'm beyond the stage now where I can't reach it on the lampstand without help. I can just stand on the floor and reach it now.
