Update on my visit to the orthopedic surgeon's office today. I started writing this as a reply to a comment from HaertStitch on DW but decided to just post it here instead. When I went in there this morning it was so stupid. The office woman didn't want to make the copies of my file that the other office specifically asked for. Instead she told me
