Up at 4 am this morning. Before I went to bed last night I heard the far off sounds of fireworks somewhere. Not Franklin, because their's will be on Monday. Rainy was scared and hiding under the table where I was painting.

Beau barks constantly at the fireworks. When he starts barking he barks for 10 minutes, quiets down just in time for the next flurry.

I don't "hate" fireworks but I can see why some people do - because they upset pets so much.

I love going to a display.

One year, with our old dog, Brett. We came home and he wasn't there to greet us. We searched the house, no way for him to get out. We finally found him wedged between the wall and the couch. No idea how long he was stuck there.
