I wrote down my food yesterday and made an effort to keep within the calories that Fitness Pal said I should. I had been keeping track of my food with FP last year but just got tired of it at one point. All that attention to FOOD. Blaa. I kept on thinking that I'll just eat the way I had been eating (while on FP) and I'll be okay. But what happens

And logging every day can really be a pain. I don't think it would hurt to give yourself some days where you don't log, and just try to eat like you would if you had.
