Raining today! All day. So I'm glad that Jan and I got out yesterday for such a good hike. We went to Oil Creek State Park and explored around the Cow Run Shelters area. The map given out by the park was not accurate but by hiking back and forth and covering all the roads and finding the trails we found a nice loop to hike in the future. It was one

I never knew it before either. Not sure if I ever even saw toad eggs before.

He's doing good. Has has one solo flight and now he's practicing landing in different airports.

Oooh toad eggs are neat!
Some animals seem to have no sense for where they drop their young, I gotta say, though! In the middle of a road, good grief!
My butterflies were equally ridiculous. They had lots of safe options for building their chrysalides but noooo, let's put them on the ZIPPER to the enclosure!! Argh.

This looks like such a nice day. I am jealous of Sebby; I miss moments like these with my parents.

Also, Pizza Hut's personal pan pizzas are such a magical thing, right?
The last time I had food poisoning and had just about recovered, I got myself one and I swear it healed me. Lol :)

I guess they don't have the discernment to know a dirt road puddle from a woods puddle. I might be going back there this coming Monday and will see how they're doing.

We are Sebastian's grandparents. Grandparents have more time ;-)

I have to echo the other commenters here on your good eye spotting the toad eggs. I don't think i've ever seen them before, but i sure will be paying closer attention to puddles in the future.
