Yes, she has a lot of hair in her ears. Maybe that makes a moist environment? I had another little shih tzu many years ago and she was prone to ear problems too.

I would imagine getting those bad teth out will be a blessing in the end. And now that I'm treating the ear it'll be good soon!

She's better today but I think she'll still be feeling bad for a few more days. She's supposed to take pain meds for 4 days.

I can't believe it's already been over a month since the cast! Hopefully you get it off soon.

I think she'll be perkier after she stops the pain meds in 4 days.

I did get out of the cast today - big surprise! Though I now have a brace on. It feels like a cast but at least I can air my arm out now and then and bathe it.
