That soup looks great. Thanks for the link. It is so nice that riders in your area have those trails to use. That would be a real treat. Hope the arm feels better soon.

I love green curry but never tried to make it at home. I'm starting to accumulate more Thai spices and that is good!

It is nice to see riders and horses on the trail. There are more on the weekends. I rarely see them on weekdays.

Yes - we all had our eyes open and faces looking "normal" - ha!

We are finally getting some fall colors. I was getting worried that climate change had take the color from our world too.

Thanks! I think the last time we had a big photo together was my mom's funeral. This was a much happier occasion. :-)
