The rain seems to be over for now. The puddles in the yard have disappeared and the ground has firmed up again. I'm glad because Hazel's request for her birthday is to drive up to Erie to visit Presque Isle today and a rainy day would not do for that. Hopefully I'll get some interesting pictures.

Very glad to hear that the rains have subsided for now. I was a bit alarmed at the picture of the creek nearing the top of its banks. And Happy Birthday to Hazel, although I've gotta say that, as a kid growing up in Erie, I learned to appreciate Presque Isle in its many moods/weathers. Maybe because my parents so badly needed to get out of the house with myself and my twin sisters, lol...
