Experimenting with my old 35 mm prime lens on little things in the front yard. Maybe using it will keep me from pining for a new lensbaby. I have become fixated on a Velvet 56 lens that I probably really don't need. Use a lens that I already have!

awww. we have many little sparrows coming but no hummingbirds. (but i didn't get the little hummingbird fountain.)

I have a big ol' cement birdbath on the ground and I have chickens that will drink from it but that is all!

Thanks! When I first got a digital slr this lens (1.8f, 35mm) was my very first lens. I go back to it over and over. Right now I have a filter on it with clear nail polish around the edges and that gives it that little bit of mystery that I really like.
