My left hip has been hurting me - especially last evening when I took Rainy to Two Mile Run and then during the night last night. This morning it feels fine but I don't want to overdo it just in case. It is such a BEAUTIFUL day today though - I had to get out. Walked down to the creek on the trails and when I got down there I thought wouldn't it be

breathing is difficult

in summer
is doing nothing

a necessary errand done

maybe that is summer?

That is a shame it is too hot outdoors for you right now. Some days are like that here too. I need to get out there early to avoid the heat of the day. Today wasn't one of those days though. Only got up to about 80 today. It can be muggy here too.
