I wish your friend many new memories
what she did was hard. sigh
I wonder about taking the important things
and stuffing them into a pod
then having an "estate sale" or auction to sell off
everything else- with me not here.

That's what she's doing. Taking her valuables out that she's taking with her and then they will have an auction. It's got to be hard to see that happen.

We were full-time RVers for over 10 years. I got rid of a total household of stuff, twice. Once again when we left out home base of Texas after selling our home in Calif. It was easy and freeing. Now I have lived here for 14 years, and have way too much stuff.

That's nice. I know it can be done and maybe when you have a goal in mind afterwards I imagine that makes it much easier.
