Jan and I hiked around Two Mile Run today - first near the lake and then up into the woods and back down to the lake. Overcast skies. But later this afternoon after I drove Hazel to work it was quite pretty with the sun slanting across the scenery. I did another "long way home drive". That's a pretty place you live.
I think those leaves will turn to humus for the grass next spring :)
And the cats are closer and facing each other this time. That's nice :)

I think so too - but of course it's all I've got!
Yes, maybe the grass grows in tufts like that from past year's gathers of leaves and it just gets more pronounced every year. I'll have to see what it looks like in the summer.
That's about as close as they get. I never see them touching. Of course now that I've said that they'll prove me wrong. :-)

Some of our grass grows in tufts. They stay in the same place every year and the gaps stay the same. We'll have to see what your's does this year!
I doubt they will touch. But you never know with cats!
