You must be fit to do that trail! Though the thought of a holiday is tempting. So long as you had lots of rests, like they said. having done lots of hiking and being fit, you'd probably take this one in your stride easily.
I don't think going up will be the problem - I don't mind resting frequently when climbing a hill but going down might be hard on my knees. That's what I worry about. Will just have to give it a try and see.
