Thanks! I'm finding I have to take about 5 pictures to get one "good" one - oh well. Hopefully it will get better with time.

Thanks - I am having fun with it. It helps if I tell myself all the wasted film is the equivalent of paying money for lessons with it. :-)

I am very good at holding a regular camera still when i take a photo but i think one of my problems with this camera is camera shake. I have a lot of blurry photos and it might be more than can be accounted for with just bad focus. There is so much to remember with this camera!

I think that portrait of the chicken turned out very well! That would be hard to do, too, because they are always moving...especially their heads!

I got lucky I guess. I took other photos but this was the best. Lucky that she turned her head to look at me so nicely for this one.

Why are you so interested in this instax camera? Not interested in digital? Like I said, I have never heard of instax. What is the advantage? Inquiring Minds Need to Know.

I am interested in all cameras! I see this one as a challenge. I was stuck in a place of not printing any of my digital photos. I have hundreds, thousands of photos on my camera cards but never print any, though I do share some here on LJ. I thought this would be a neat way to have hard copies of some pictures for the future. Every camera is good at certain things, better at certain things than another camera might be. This camera is living in a whole different world than your usual digital camera lives in. I wanted to experience that world. I think its place to shine is as a portrait camera - to have a little gem of a picture you can hold in your hand of a loved one.
