I'm jealous you saw Temple Grandin live. She must be on tour or something because I've read more than one entry from others who have also been to one of her presentations. I wonder if she just released a book.

I too am too impetuous. I don't like anything on my list of "things to do" so in order to shorten the list I might wash over the project quickly AND inefficiently just to set it behind me.

But you don't do that with your jewelry, though.

True, I am patient with the jewelry and art. Actually from the outside I probably look like a patient person but it is what I feel inside when I want something to happen right away. I hate waiting.

I don't know if you should stop trying to be something that you're not if that something is what you WANT to be. Visualizing and believing that you can be that person is the first step in becoming that person. It's not a fast or easy process, but it's the first step. That's where the patience comes in. :)

I think it is a question of being honest about what you are good at and taking advantage of that, plus wanting to expand and be better. You need both things.

Ha - it's funny what can come to you to illustrate what you might be unconsciously thinking about.

I've wanted to learn about RAW for a while (and more about photoshop elements) but I get bogged down. Maybe this time I will actually get somewhere with it.
