Yes - or just any memories. I don't have a very good memory so I need all the help I can get. ;-)

Really like that blurry effect. If I didn't have photos of the good ole days, I don't think I would remember them.

Thanks - glad someone else likes it!

I actually have a pretty terrible memory. I can remember how I felt during certain time periods but not what happened very well. I'm really glad I started to do LJ - it helps me - plus it's an easy way to deal with digital pictures.

Nail polish filter. Nail polish filter?

You can either paint the entire filter with clear nail polish or leave parts unpainted.

Filters that make photos a bit softer are good for portraits. Gyro took some that were very sharp and they were not at all complimentary to the person he was taking photos of. He said that the muscles of the face move, though, so a long exposure made the portrait look more 'alive'.

I remember your three umbrella room! Also, Oo-tapo. RIP Oo-tapo. He was a nice pussy cat.

Yes, sharp is not always the best :-) That is an interesting idea - to soften things by taking longer exposures. Will have to try that.

Yup, those were the days - you had Tom and I had Oo-tapo.

Yes, Oo-tapo and Tom. Those were the good old days (not that these days are not good).

Good luck with the longer exposures. I don't know how that works.
