It was an odd thing to see - Rossy's work.

I imagine walking with you, sharing our life's visions, trucking around the woods and noticing our surroundings.

It sounds like the radiation, so far, hasn't caused much physical pain, more of a discomfort?

I would love having you as a walking buddy - you see so many interesting things.

No pain or discomfort yet - though as time goes on I understand it will be like I get a bad sunburn and will get dry skin on my breast. And tiredness.

Old Flame's brother wore a thing that looked like a wrist watch on his arm so that he could see if his heart started beating double time. Then he had to stop his truck and ring for the ambulance. He just had the inside of his heart seared in one spot a couple of days ago. He seems fine so far.

Meanwhile, his sister-in-law of his older brother had her gall bladder out this week. She's saying, 'Yay! I can eat what I want, now!', but I think she'll find she has to eat a low fat diet like Nana did from now on. That will be healthy, anyway.

I am glad your radiation hasn't caused any side effects yet. You can easily use that hour to take a walk while waiting for your appointment to come around. Studies have shown that women who exercise after breast cancer do better, so your exercising is the right thing to do.

I hope people take your little angel bells! I guess you can see how many 'disappear' over the coming days and weeks.

I think it will be interesting to see just what my heart is doing when I feel like it is pounding up in my throat sometimes. I am assuming now it is just anxiety causing me to feel that. I'd like to see if my heart really is beating strangely at that time.

Sounds like Old Flame's brother might have A-fib?

It looked like the pile of bells was a little bit down today from what it was yesterday when I left it. I was glad to see that.

It will be interesting to see what your heart is up to. And hopefully explain your symptoms. And they can do something about it. Didn't Dave have a similar thing?

Old Flame just calls his brother's condition 'irregular heart beat'. But I think the correct term might be 'arrhythmia'. He was released from hospital today.

That's good that it looks like your bells are disappearing!

Dave has A-Fib - that's why I thought that might be what Old Flame's brother had. They sometimes do a thing where they burn a part of the heart to get it to stop acting up as a treatment.

I noticed today that the bells are down even farther - I will take some more on Monday to replenish them. :-)

I try and walk everyday. I have learned to park my car further from store or event entries. My doc recommended at least 5k steps a day. I think 10k is optimal. I think it helps clear the mind as well. So good to hear your setting some goals. But I have always been envious of the places you do go on your walks and bike rides. I'm glad your doing the bells. Those will no doubt bring joy to some folks.

That photo is fantastic.

My ex began radiation this week on a tumor that had emerged after one was removed from the same spot.

I wish you luck with the radiation.

Sometimes it's a easy as looking out your kitchen window.

That is a bummer - my best wishes to him. Did he get radiation the first time?

Thanks.

He didn't get radiation on the first tumor, they just surgically removed it from his arm pit. They can't remove this new one without the likelihood of him losing the use of his arm.
Thank you.
