I painted a little at "art group" yesterday. This was as far as I got with this (a page in my altered art book) but I kind of like it just this way - I may add more squiggles or maybe spirals to fill in all over but it is satisfying just like this to me now. (I used metallic paints which don't show up very well so I photoshop-ed it some to make it

you always seem to have a plan and then your hand executes what you saw in your mind. how wonderful! the beads look lucious! the arrangement so tasty and contrasty. did you arrange them, or just lay them out with your innate sensibilities? i want to drag them across my lips to feel their sensuality and textue, coolness and rounded edges

The beads are incredibly sensual and really should be felt with your lips, yes. Mostly freshwater pearls. I will bring them for you to experience next week!

What a beautiful way to display and photo your beads. Much better than my picture of them.

I love your watercolor and what it says, too. The colors are so rich.
