During the night my right arm was aching to the point that I couldn't sleep. The pain was mainly radiating from the elbow I guess. Got up at 6 very tired. Piddled around, ate breakfast, got my shower and then went back to bed for an hour. Hmmmm... the traveling pain.....
I hope you are not coming down with something. I often get unexplained aches and pains, they come and go and I have no idea.

Yup, lots of traveling pains lately. I haven't had the one in my arms for quite a while though - it was nice to have that gone (at least for a time).

Hope your elbow feels better, now. hen mine gets sore, I put some lavender lotion on it and massage it. That usually helps. I guess Tiger Balm or something similar would do the same thing. My Nana used to swear by goanna oil!

Thanks - as my sister mentioned above in her comment - we both are prone to "traveling pains" - unexplained pains that move around our bodies. I try to usually not pay them much attention. It has moved to a new spot today!
