Cingular/AT&T, myself, because of the "talk free to family members on the same plan" deal, wahtever it's called. I don't like that their off-peak hours on weekdays start at 9 PM, though, unless you pay an additional monthly fee to make it 7 PM instead.

I've still got Verizon, and as long as you don't go over your minutes it's not so horrible.
